This is a great discussion and I really appreciate the calmness and respect to other's opinions! Great job folks. I'll leave my thoughts out other than a really great resource on the life cycle of ich can be referenced in Dieter Untergasser's, "The Handbook of Fish Diseases" (which, I'm sure was at least one of the books James has referenced).
Keep this educational and civil and I believe we can all learn a lot....of course, there will be different opinions and experiences....keep up the good work!
