So I have a 10 gallon all female guppy tank and I looked up to it and there are small dots everywhere, they are baby guppies, at least I hope they are. I have two questions, 1. How did they get there? And 2. Should I separate them into another tank?

I bet the momma Guppy was expecting them!!!

do a search for baby guppy pics and see if they are the same, most likely. Get some fry food Hikari First Bites , a tiny amount use a tooth pick end.

Get a prefilter so they don't get sucked up in the filter.

You can cut a filter pad and tie/and or rubber band around the filter intake until you get a prefilter sponge, Fluval makes them for the Edge tanks.

Guppies have the ability to store sperm. So they may have been fertilised in the store then stored the sperm and gave birth in your tank.

Yes you should remove the fry until they are big enough not to be eaten by the adults (2 times of adult mouth size). Guppies happily eat their fry.
