Unhealthy guppy?

My guppy has some red spots all over her. On the anus and little around her body. like 2 spots. is something wrong? should i use my parasite medication? (only medication i have)

I don't see anything wrong atm.

In the pics she looks fine. I wouldn't treat for anything unless you know what it is. Try some water changes and maybe a little aquarium salt.

Actually...my inter has been down for about a week now and she died 2 days ago.... :'C i saw her with the pinecone scales, treated her with tetra parasite guard (only medicinde i had) and then she died the next morning. The pictures didnt tell much because the red streaks are not visible on the photos. But, i guess thats how it is...
