That is pretty freakin' awesome! How many pounds of rock do you have in there? Nice rockwork by the way.

Kind of hard to see scale on pictures but I bet that is massive.

Thank u guys. It its around 150 lbs I believe. I still would like to strategically place a few more peices. The tank is 6 ft long, 30 in high, and 26 deep I think. I am just slowly working on coral now. Adding a peice once every 3 or 4 weeks.

I have had the tank for a little less than a year. I am that new to the hobby as well. Thank u.

I like it when ppl don't over crowd there tank with rock. I'm clostrophobic. So the nice open concept really does it for me

Yes - i completely agree. I like the wide open look. I am going to add a couple more pieces - maybe 10 lbs and then concentrate on coral.

Newest addition. . . . Neon green carpet.

Beautiful tank!

hows long did it take for the water to clear when you first set it up?

mines been runing 24hours and is taking ages to clear

Thanks

Andi

It took about a week after I put live rock in it. It was cloudy for a week or two before I put the rock in it.

Thanks.

i've never seen a neon green anemone, i have see some neon green tube that was dyed the person put a thread up on here sometime early last year, it was a similar color. usually they are more of a green red blue or purple, not as fuorescent as that one is, but i could be wrong

I understand. Thank u for the info . . . If he starts to fade or change color I won't think he is dying then. Lol

I think it's just a little bleached. It will regain more green and appear less neon as it recovers.

thats possible to but it looks a little to yellow to be bleached, but it could also be the blue lights that make it seem this why
