It looks like a bristle worm mate, they are good clean up crew, stick it back into your tank. Don't touch it though it will sting the crap out of you and it ain't nice haha

Yep. It's a nice little bristle worm. They're good to have as they eat fish waste, leftover food and detritus. Just don't overfeed your tank or they'll reproduce a lot.

Thanks guys.

But whoooops I flushed it not knowing what it was lol. Better being safe than sorry I suppose . He was jammed in the filter sponge so he wouldn't have done much in there anyway . Ill know next time

Aww mate at least things will get better now. Remember to point a powerhead at the surface to agitate the water a lot, it oxygenates the water and makes gas exchange better.
The surface of mine looks like this

Cool, you need to make sure there is flow through and around the rocks too to make sure there are no dead spots in your tank like in the corners. You can dangle fishing line in there and if its not getting blown around or moving you have a dead spot which is not good because waste will settle and decompose and foul your water.
You can get really cheap powerheads on eBay, my 3000 litre an hour pumps only cost around £15 and do a good job, there called sunsun powerheads ;)

Really? That's cheap there. I think I might be ok for dead spots. I've pointed the powerhead at the rocks and down into the bottom right corner blowing crap round to the front and the 2 outlets from the filter are really strong from the right. One is at the top blowing the surface and one is bottom to middle . I will try what you've told me and ensure I've none . If I do I will go eBay shopping lol. Ul hopefully have a rough idea what in talking about with this pic :

How strong I that powerhead in the top left?
It will say on the back of the powerhead next to how many watts it uses.
The surface still need roughing up as it still looks a bit calm. Lets say your tank is 100 litre so you need to be moving at least 1000 litre an hour that's 10x your water.
Looks like you have a candy cane coral, that's an Lps (large polyp stony coral) that needs around 20x water movement so I would aim at 2000 litre an hour.
My tank is 500 litre and I'm pushing around 20,000 litre an hour so that's 40 times and my corals like It.

I will have a wee look at my powerhead later when I get home from work. Yea that pic was taken when I put the fish in. Now it's moving better as I've found out how to work my bloody filter lol. I was told it is a double headed torch coral lavender mushroom and feather duster. My torch coral is at the top getting the most movement . Isn't that right? Ill take lots of pics later to show you what's goin on. Even if I can take a video and post it? Is that possible?

Yeah take a pic later on mate, not sure about videos I think you will need to upload to utube and post a link on here.
Corals need random flow, the easiest way of doing this is a powerhead on both sides of the tank pointing towards each other and slightly to the surface so that it causes lots of random currents shooting everywhere.
Make sure the corals are not in direct flow from the powerhead as it will just get battered by the laminar (straight flow in 1 direction) flow.

No problem thanx alot mate. They are not in direct flow anyway between the 2 outlets and powerhead on the other side they ate moving ok. But I'm gona get another powerhead anyway
