Upload File Specs

I believe the upload specs need to be changed
"The Attachment/Image must be less than 1024 pixels wide and 768 pixels high"

When it should be 1024 high and 768 wide

IME, most pictures are taken in landscape rather than Portrait. To be honest the limit should be set to 1024 X 1024 so a picture can be uploaded in either landscap or Portrait. When referring to image size it is always W x H not H X W.
