Upside down catfish and tiger barbs

Are 3 upside down catfish and 7 tiger barbs good tank mates in a 37 gallon tank?

Possibly a shaol of small, fast fish like zebra danios but not positive.

The catfish will eventually reach at least four inches in size.. and they prefer softer, acidic water. So bear that in mind. They also do better with some live foods, as they eat a lot of surface insects in the wild, along with grazing some.
