My daughter's biology class a gas been reproducing them and are looking for people to take them. She told me they have ones that are red also. Do u know if they are reef safe?

It looks like a tuxedo urchin to me, just not the right color. If they have red ones, then you might want to look into that one. They are considered 'reef safe' but they are like bulldozers. I don't have any in my tank, even though I would love one, because I don't want an SPS coral knocked into a hammer coral. If it isn't glued down, it'll get knocked over and worn as a hat.
