Urgent silicone deterating?

i was doing a pwc today and noticed the silione looked strange is it deteorating? should i do something or leave it be the seams are fine this is more like silicone extra no where near the seam but whts up with it? is that traped air in it

I wouldn't worry about that. If it were closer to the corner, I might be concerned, but you're still safe.

It is, but at some point the extra silicone just looks sloppy.

true it was a topfin kit no leaks those bubbles realy concern me though
