Used oceanic tank- good deal?

I saw this ad on craigslist-

Used oceanic 75 gal tank and stand with a bunch of extras for $550.

I can find a 75 gal tank for a lower price, but the extras look good. Oceanic was supposedly a good brand, but now discontinued, so the tank may be older. Hard to find much info... ?

Thats too much money... you could find that for under 200...

Brand name doesnt matter much to me.

That is what I was thinking. Looks like a nice tank. Maybe $250-300 MAX with the extras-- but I looked up the extras and the red sea CO2 reactor is discontinued and reviews show it as junk. The ehiem filter is an older model, also discontinued. The bags of substrate would be good to have... but not worth what they are asking.

I'd say too much. Oceanic makes/made good tanks. They were bought by another company.

Pretty sure you can get an aqueon 75 gal for 75 bucks at the dollar a gallon sale.

Yeap, too much - you can get a 6' used tank for less than that price, keep shopping... [emoji846]
