UV Sterilizer...

Being new to SW, I was wondering if using a UV unit or an Ozone generator is worth the additional cost. Do they really make that much of a difference? Either way it will be for a 125gal FOWLR tank.

Take a look at our UV article. It should help explain alot of things on how they work and what they can be a benifit for.

Just forget about the Ozone generator. If you need one you will know. Its not something a person should get for a tank thats starting out. I would save the money and not get the UV unit also.
