Vacuuming tank.

I've recently set up my 29g tank and I have a built up rock feature and I am going to be planting live plants in there. Will it be ok to just vacuum the areas I can or will I have to disturb the rocks eventually?

Vacuum every part of the tak besides where the plants are as they will thrive from the extra waste. So, leave the rock feature when you vacuum.
