Vibrating vertical guppy

pretty much that, 15 gal, 2 male guppies, one of my males is swimming vertically trouble breathing and is like vibrating or shivering

I had one that did that then the next day I found it dead stuck in the filter ):

That happened to my guppy and it died a few days latter.
