Wanted: Wanting stems as close to Georgia as possible

Ludwigia Arcuata
Rotala rotundifolia
Subwassertang
I would like just a few stems/ golf ball size of the plants. The closer to the Georgia/Alabama border the better (heat/ I'm impatient). I would like to pay through PayPal with myself paying the fees and tracking. Thank you for your time.
