Started feeding California blackworms to induce spawning in my keyhole cichlids and german rams. Fed another round just now. My two beautiful adult Siamese algae eaters both began violently swimming around the aquarium and within 30 seconds were dead. I performed a necopsy on them and both were so full of blackworms that I'm sure they just over ate and suffocated. What a loss. I've heard of this before, but I can't believe a fish would eat itself to death. On the bright note, my keyhole cichlids have spawned.
