What water conditioners do you recommend adding when doing a partial water change? Prime...Stress Coat...Stress Enzyme...Stabilizer, etc? Thanks!

I've only used Seachem and never had a problem. I started with liquid Prime when I got my first tank, have moved to the concentrated powder form Safe now that I have more tanks. Get some measuring spoons, use 1/4 teaspoon to treat a 55 gallon.

Hello jer...

I've tried several and my choice is Seachem's "Safe". It's a powder type treatment. An 8 ounce bottle will last many months.

Hi jeremyd:

When I lived in a place that had city tapwater (with chloramine) I used Stress Coat and it seemed to work very well (now that I'm in a place with well water, though, I don't use anything at all).
