Water flow

Anyone know how much water flow in a 29g reef tank?
Right now I got 2 power head a 240 and a 110 gph....
The clown is having a hard time swimming in some spots looks like...
Are 350gph enought or too much for the corals and anemone?

A 29 gallon reef should have 1200-1500gph total imo (40-50x total tank volume)

How do I do that?
I was told 10-20 times the volume ,so 290-580....

That would be hood flow for a fowlr but corals need a lot more flow then that. Sps dominant tanks are upwards of 60x

So should I get a bigger power head?
That much water flow is going to be ok for fish and anemone?

I have 2 koralia 550's in my standard 29 gallon reef!

I got a koralia 240 and maxi jet 400(says 110gph max)
