I picked up this tank awhile ago and was wondering if it can hold water? What do you think?

Should I see if it holds water first

Looks really beat up! I would do a reseal despite the fact it might be able to hold water. Never know how long that can last. Why risk a tank burst down the road?

Plus, if it was a reptile tank & not designed for water, it just may not hold up no matter how much sealant you put on. Sealant won't stick to sealant, so scrape off the old stuff real well? I'm not sure how to verify if it's just a reptile tank or aquarium worthy.
