Can i filter and treat the water that i take out of my tank and reuse it

Ultimately, yes, but it would require that you remove all the waste products and add back the trace elements that were used up in the tank. Cheaper and easier to use tap.

Why would you wan't to do that, The time it would take it would be easier to use conditioned tap water.
