Week 2 cycle

Week 2 of fish less cycle
HR PH = 8.0
Ammonia = 0.50ppm
Nitrite = 0.25ppm
Nitrate = 5.0 - 10 ppm

Reading of week 2 , do I need to do water changes or do I just let everything even out on it own ?

First time doing fishless cycle, thanks


20 gallon
14 lb of liverock
25 pounds of live sand

I would dose ammonia back up to 4ppm and keep testing. When you can dose to 4ppm and ammonia and trites go to 0 in 24 hours you need to do big water changes to bring down the trates and you are done!

What do I do now ??
