weird blackish bubbly squishy stuff in my nano tank

My boyfriend and I have no idea what this stuff is.




Is it good? Bad? Doesn't look too attractive. I've poked at it with my thermometer and its squishy

And you can see in the picture there is one dot on each blob. Like a hole or something?

Looks to me like some sort of sponge, some do have holes in them. Did it come on the live rock?

Ya it came on rock from an established tank that did have sponge

Very good chance them it wont hurt in there, they are common to be honest.
