Weird fry

I think I have a yellow lab/maingano fry.
I was cleaning my tank on Sunday and found 1 fry who is about 3/4 inch now. Obviously I isolated him? but I have been trying to get him to eat crushed flakes. He's not taking any of it, I don't think he's nutritionally deprived, but how do I get him to take food? As an aside, I completely emptied the big tank, he was the only fry I found.

Try frozen brine shrimp. If that fails live food. Brine shrimp or microworms are the easiest to culture imo.
