Weird slime

so I came home today and found this at the bottom of my tank. i think i’m missing a ghost shrimp and maybe this is him? but either way, what is this???? it was only this chunk. (i only have two shrimp and two mollies)

Probably what was left after the molies snacked on the shrimp!
