What Algae is this and what to do (Good Pic Now)

Not sure about the GH and Kh preference except low-medium, whatever that means.
So it soulds like my only real optioin here is to get a couple fish that will control it. Seems like it will be whichever I can find between Rosy and Cherry barbs unless I can find FFF. That and maybe adjust my dosing to the point where the plants use up the excess before the algae can use it.
I am pretty sure I have to drop my dosing down also although I don't really know where to take it to. Myabe just CSM+B and KNO3 and K but will see.

Rosy barbs should ideally be in larger groups, not pairs, but with an equal or lower number of males than females.
Cherry barbs, however, are one of the few types of barb that are best kept in trios or pairs. The males do not tolerate each other's company very well.
As far as nipping goes, it depends on what the other stock is and how much room they have.
