What and how to feed my fish.

For a 40 gallon,
3 Platys male:female ratio
2 rams
6 silver tipped tetras or neon tetras
6 zebra danios
1 BN pleco
6 loaches
3 Dalmatian mollies
Maybe snails.
On a daily basis what and how much should I feed my fish? I was thinking I would feed them flakes,bloodworms, and algae wafers. But idk how much. *note I don't have all the fish in my tank yet.

Pinch of flakes twice a day every day except for Saturday and Sunday
2 algae wafers once a day except for Saturday and Sunday
2 frozen bloodworm cubes on Saturday
1 teaspoon of shredded blanched lettuce on Friday(if you can)
Nothing on Sunday
