What are these? Someone help

The first pic is a coral I have in my tank that I am not sure what it is.

Second pic is a pic of my hammer coral, except on the inside of them there is some brown that I am concerned about.

Please let me know what these are.

On the hammer it looks like algae, but are those air bubbles on them? Do you have a lot of air flow in your tank or did those appear with the brown stuff?

The coral looks like some sort of mushroom coral. Not really sure though.
 
The hammer is not clear. If possible try taking the pic at a different angle or with the flash. Can't tell what the circled area's are, it's too dim.

The small coral looks like the beginnings of a Turbinaria reniformis.
