I recently purchased 2 fish from a pet store they said it was mollies but when I turn on my light the turned transparent like guppies..! And their shape don't look like mollies...

They look like mollies IMO.
Search pictures of wild mollies and you can see how different these can look.

And if Im not mistaken the outcrosses vary depending on the sex of the parents, muppy and gollies I believe.

The Black Molly sometimes falls in breeding on mottled or very bright.
These fish are stronger than the black.
