I feel like an idiot having to ask this question but I figured I better ask anyway. Better to be safe.
Does the qoute below mean the water level at the bottom of the tank or the water level at the surface? I think it's the surface, but if I'm wrong, that'd be bad. I'm installing a canister filter. See qoute below:
