What is in my LR

There is something in my LR but I have no clue as to what it is. I cant get a good pic of it, but if i do ill upload it.

It is a red looking worm type thing, but i cant see the entire thing so it might not be a worm (possible an extension of a massive creature :) lol).

It is long and red with little white hairs on it (look almost like a hermit crab leg). They are living in a few holes in my LR and barley poke them selves out, so far.

My tank has just finished cycling so maybe they are only starting to come all the way out.

a red worm with red hairs sounds like a bristle worm. Pretty common hitchhiker and normally harmless janitors.
 
lol Typo on my part. Sorry. A red worm with white hairs is probably a bristleworm.
