What is my pH????

I am using API's master FW kit. pH= 7.6, but high range is saying 7.4... Is it 7.6 then? or maybe 7.5 ish?

What else I find amusing is that my pH has been around 8 and 8.2 since I started monitoring it... no dw or anything so how could it go down like that? I used pH down once but I think was back up last week to around 8.2. Maybe I was misreading the tests.

could have been misread. you test the ph from your tap?

hmm... no i did not but i will and see what happens !

make sure to air it out too so you get the true ph.

How do I do that? Just let it sit for a couple days first?

use a air pump for 15-20 mins or let it sit over night.
