What is the best food?

I have neon tetras, khuli loaches, a betta and a couple new oto cats to do algae duty.

I have read so many conflicting articles on feeding. I am looking for everyone's input on food. A good staple to feed regularly along with the occasional blood worm treat.

Everyone in there has a different style of snacking. If you want a one size fits all?? Very small, slow sinking cobalt pellets.
