Its a 10 gallon planted. Single male betta, single albino cory. See the white ball shape on the right? And the thick web like stuff is only on the tall plant

Can't tell from the pictures but it may be the startings of staghorn. Does it feel coarse or fine?

All right, can you give some more comprehensive information on the tank? Age, dosing, parameters, light, carbon if you dose it, etc. Have you tried just removing it by hand?

Its been settled for about a month and a half. Water was from 120g well established oscar tank. I have a homemade co2 setup but havent had it active in a couple weeks
