what is this little guy???

hi im trying to find out what this is.. he lives in the little pipe looking things on the bottom of this peice of dead coral, it sticks out kinda looking like a feather duster,and if he gets scared he sucks back inside.. pics are not the best,but i circled him in the best of 12 pics i took...thank you
