What is this Loach?

Hey, Everyone

I am trying to identify this loach to see if he will be compatible with neons. He is almost half a foot long and has yellow anal fins. I am guessing he is a tiger loach but i don't have much experience and need somebody to help.

I'm no expert in any sense of the word but I do know a few things:

Loaches are usually kept in groups

They can be nippy sometimes

What size tank is it? Filtration? Other tank mates besides neons?

I was THINKING about putting him with neons... And they are the only problem

He is in a 55g tank right now with double the needed filtration with 2 bio wheel 350 filters
