What is this on my rock

Can anyone ID this it looks like a clump of sand that formed in a string or something

It looks like a vermetid snail. See the circular shape above the sand clump? I really think you need some better flow in this tank. Are you blowing off the rocks with each water change? They seem to be covered with soot, or detritus. At least that's how it appears to me.
Anyway, vermetid snails let out strands like webs and they catch particulate matter. In this case, they seem to have caught a bunch of sand. Just a guess really....

I do need to get a second power head though and I need to do another water change the reason it's so cloudy is cuz I accidentally moved a price of rock and it kicked up a bunch of sand

Then that's probably why it caught all that sand.
