I woke up today to find about 6-12 white "spots" on the bottom of one of my filter tubes (currently running two in my 36 gal). Anyone have any idea what they are?

You can look under "my tanks". I have tetra, zebrafish, and zebra snails. I know it's a BAD photo, but they are small roundish white balls. I don't see them else where in the tank, but that's not saying they aren't there and I can't see them!

Yep, nerite snail eggs. The nerites will lay them all over, mostly on hard flat surfaces, but the eggs won't hatch in freshwater--they need brackish/saltwater for that.

Thanks! I figured they might be some sort of eggs but wasn't sure who they were coming from. Do they lay them often?

Yep, as long as they are happy. Nerites laying eggs is a sign that they find the tank conditions to their liking.
