What do u guys think about this green stuff? I know that the red stuff is cyno? Could the green stuff be cyno?

It's hair algae. It's brought on by the same thing cyano is, and is removed in the same way.

No. Water changes, manual removal, and cutting back on feeding.

I'm not an expert but I started to get stuff like that and after I put in my CUC my tank is really clean the walls and the sand.

Nice......ill give everything a try I know that is my lighting whats causing the prob but better lighting means more money lol

Try odyssea they are a really nice light and doesn't make a hole in your wallet
