These are growing at the base of my toadstool. What are these? Good or bad?

Aiptasia. Get rid of it as soon as possible! They take over fast and sting corals. One way would be to inject lemon juice with a syringe in its stem. You could also use kalkwasser or aiptasia-x.

Apistasia I think.

Use aipistasia X to kill. Or boiling lemon juice, or a peppermint shrimp.

Thanks for the info.... I removed the toadstool from the rock, boiled the rock and reattached it with superglue...
