How long has the tank been set up?
Any other fish in the tank? If so what?
How long have you had this fish? When did you notice the problem?
Have you tested the water for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? If so what are the results?

It has been in a 2 year old tank for 1 year now had this for 1 month water is fine
