What is wrong with my plants

Lately I have been seeing these holes and spots on my Anubis and swords






Any ideas for what's wrong?

Pin holes in the leaves of plants indicate a potassium deficiency. What ferts are you using? Also are you using root tabs on your sword?

I will start giving swords root tabs but what should I give for the Anubis

You need to use a combination of Seachem Flourish Comprehensive along with API Leaf Zone that is basically iron and potassium.

The next day I dosed the plants with both products and they are know looking great. But if am wondering how often to dose. When I dosed earlier I did the recommended amount for the whole tanks dose

I would start by following the directions on amount and how often. See how plants do and if needed increase dosing down the road.
