what kind of fish should I get

Hay everyone I was in my local lfs today and was tryn to get some new fish but couldnt get them because of my neon tetras I have 4 neon tetras 1 opaline gourami 1 dwarf gourami 2 mollys or platys not sure what kind lol.male and female krib 1 albino rainbow shark and plec I was thinking of geting rid of my neons but a really like them can anyone help thanks

Any help with this as going to get some new fish tommorow and dont want any of my fish being killed I think al ask my lfs if thay wil take my neon tetras any help would be nice thanks

Forgot to say my tank is about 45 gallons
