Looks like halimeda (Halimeda discoidea). This is a tough calcareous macro that not to many animals will eat. You'll need to trim it from time to time manually to keep it controlled but it's a pretty good nutrient export.
Yup it looks just like Halimeda, Thanks Fluff. Well I just edited the other picture and this is the best shot I can get from my camera. I did an old trick where you put a magnifying glass over the camera lenses to make it clearer when you zoom in.
