What kind of turtle do you think this is?

Do you remember where you got him/her? I'm no turtle expert, but that may help

It was a local pet shop in the uk. They sold it as a map turtle and ive had them for about seven months... But im not sure i trust them as its not coming out to bask and ive been only feeding it turtle mix dried food. I put in a uv and infrared light straight away but the just said they needed a dry area and lots of water as they dont grow big and stay in the water mainly. Now the two i have have white bits on he edge of their shells and i think im not caring for them properly so want to know the species so i can sort them out

Ive found out now its a razorback musk turtle! Thanks for your responses!
