what kinda protein skimmer is this??

a guy i got some live rock from told me he has a few skimmers hes trying to sell can anybody tell me what kinda skimmer is the one on the right he told me 40 bucks and ill pick it up when going to get a few more pieces of live rock for my new tank

the one on the right is an asm mini-g ive had one before it worked well but then the pump broke

I guess that's a fair price and yea it would be ok on a 46g tank
