What moss to use?

Recently set up a six gallon fluval spec with a piece of driftwood and a few low light plants. I am thinking about making a small moss carpet or something with moss. I don't know what moss would be best? I'm going to be adding cherry shrimp eventually. I was thinking Xmas moss but what do you guys think?

In a small tank IMO Fissiden's Fontanus (phoenix moss) or one of the mini mosses.
