I have to leave for 2 days and I have danio fry that are abt 4 weeks old, I have a Java moss ball in there but what else can I do to provide food? It also has 2 zebra danios, 2 longfin danios, 1 snow white danio, and 2 Cory cats as it's not a stocked tank (36gallon) I was letting the fry grow up in it before I started adding more fish. I won't have a light but it'll have filtration and heat, but what plants would work? Gravel substrate

Mosses, like java moss, provide a good hiding place for fry and help grow infusoria. Java moss is low light and very easy. Perhaps you could give it a try?
