What plant is this?

Its growing awesome with no C02 or anything i have a good balance of fish though. Any ideas what it is?
I know there is some bamboo in there too obviously but the sword looking plant with leaves

Looks like a java fern. They can literally grow almost without light

If that's what it is yes, very big but tend to grow fairly slow

The first plant is a Java Fern. Depending the level of light and nutrients Java Ferns don't necessarily grow slowly.

The second plant from what I can see appears to be mondo grass which isn't an aquatic. It's not any type of val.

Remove it from the tank as over time it will die. You can plant it in a pot.

Yeah well I'm not 100% sure it's mondo grass as the pic just isn't close enough.

I've been doing planted tanks on a very serious level since the 80's and honestly it looks more like Mondo grass than any aquatic plant I know of.

As I stated Mondo Grass is not an aquatic plant and will die eventually in an aquarium.
