But in short, your best bet is anubias, java fern, java moss, bolbitis, and crypts.

I keep low light tanks and in addition to those you have, you can include any of the mosses like Christmas and Singapore, Java fern is a good one, but it grows slowly. I like floating plants too. They take in a lot of nitrates (nutrients) through their leaves, so they help maintain a stable water chemistry between water changes. Pennywort, Brazilian water weed and Hornwort are good and will do well in low light. Any of the dark green aquatic plants prefer low light.

Sadly, no rotala is a fairly high light plant
