What should I put in my tank?

i have a 35 gallon tank and i want to put 8 guppies, 4 mollies, 3 swordtails, and 5 platies, and maybe 7 tetra. is this ok? is it too much or too little

Wouldn't do all those fish.
This is what I would do:
6 guppies 2m 4f
3 mollies 1m 2f
3 swordtails
4 platies 1m 3f
7 tetras EG , cardinal , lemon but not nippy tetras!

I think this is kind of iffy with your filtration. Mollies get huge and have massive bio-loads. Also be aware you'll likely end up with sword/platy crosses and possibly molly/guppy crosses.
