What size Reccommendation?

Going to pick up a new AC filter for my 20L I'm putting up.
What's your experience for Reccommendations on the size that best suits it?
I was thinking a 50 for the extra cleaning power but looking for experienced guidance with the AC's.

50 sounds good. I had a 70 on a 20L for a QT and it blew the fish around a bit.
